A Cameroon citizen, he is a qualified lawyer with a degree in law from the University of London. He has been a senior attorney with a prominent law firm in Cameroon since 1975. He is also a legal adviser and Director of Fakoship Company Limited, a shipping and marine services company, and one of the largest cement importers in Cameroon. He is a founder of the Company and of EurOil.
