Caroline has spent most of her career as a highly-rated equity research analyst covering the oil and gas sector. For the six years prior to 2005, she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and co-head of their global oil and gas team. Prior to the switch to equities in 1994, she worked for the oil industry consultants Wood Mackenzie (where her coverage included West Africa), and before that in the specialist oil and gas M&A team at Schroders. She has a degree in Modern History from the University of Cambridge.
